What we collect

When you submit a video brief, we collect your email address, optional product name or link, preferred aspect ratio, your brief and your consent to be contacted. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information.

How we use it

We use these details to review your request, contact you and, if agreed, produce your video. We do not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.

Email and infrastructure

The website runs on Cloudflare. Your submission is sent through Cloudflare Email Service to our owner’s Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google process data to provide hosting, email delivery and storage. Submitting a brief does not generate a video or send your brief to an AI provider. If you commission a video, we will discuss the materials and workflow by email.

Retention and your requests

Briefs are kept in our email correspondence as needed to handle the request. Contact support@getopusvideo.com to request access, correction or deletion. We will explain any information that must be retained for a completed transaction.

Analytics and technical data

Basic request information, such as IP address, may be processed for security and submission rate limits. If Google Analytics is enabled, it measures page visits and successful submissions; we do not include your email address or brief in analytics events.
